Growers, Lots & Contracts
Growers and customers, lots, varieties, and the contracts that govern how each one is handled, including field attrition.
Ag Resource Manager (ARM) is our purpose-built software platform for almond hulling and shelling operations. It was designed around how these facilities actually run: grower and contract relationships, inbound loads at the scale, stockpile and bin inventory, inspections, and the purchase orders that move finished product.
A huller and sheller sits between the grower and the handler, and is accountable to both. Loads arrive fast during harvest, material has to keep its identity as it moves from stockpile to bin, inspection results matter to everyone downstream, and the finished product still has to be sold, packed, and shipped. Generic accounting software was not built for that, and spreadsheets do not survive a season.
ARM keeps grower, lot, and bin identity intact from the moment a load hits the scale through the purchase order that sends finished product out the gate. It is staff-facing software, built for the people running the facility.
Growers and customers, lots, varieties, and the contracts that govern how each one is handled, including field attrition.
Inbound loads captured at the scale with the grower, lot, variety, and green weights that everything downstream depends on.
Stockpile occupancy, transfers between locations, and the transportation events that move material around the yard.
Bins created, edited, and printed from a phone in the yard, with tags and QR codes so a bin can be identified anywhere on site. Offline and drying bins are tracked as well.
Inspections and grades recorded against bins and lots, where they are available for reporting and settlement instead of sitting in a separate file.
Purchase orders for outbound product, with bin availability shown as full or partial so staff commit real inventory rather than estimates.
Processing and packing list prints for the crew on the floor, kept separate from the financial purchase order print that goes to the buyer.
Crackout, yield, and operational reporting for the people running the facility, plus the season reporting grower accounting staff work from.
Grower contracts and settlement workflows designed for season closeout, bringing weights, inspection results, deductions, and contract terms together in one place.
ARM was written for hullers and shellers specifically, rather than a general ERP bent into the shape of one.
Designed for the pace of harvest, when volume is high and there is no time to fight software.
Grower, lot, and bin identity stays intact from the scale through the sale of finished product.
Direct access to the people who build the product, and a roadmap shaped by the operations using it.
We would like to hear how your facility runs and show you where ARM fits. Let’s set up a conversation or a walkthrough.
